Our Core Values

Trust - Trust lies at the heart of a functioning, cohesive team. Without it teamwork, is impossible.

Trust is the confidence among team members that their peers intentions are good, for the benefit of the

peers and the company.

Productive conflict - All great relationships, the ones that last over time, require productive conflict in

order to grow.

Conflict is limited to concepts and ideas, and avoids personality-focused, mean-spirited attacks.

Commitment - a function of two things: Clarity and buy-in.

We make clear and timely decisions and move forward with complete buy in from each member of the

company, even those who voted against the decision.

Accountability - We account for our individual activities and take responsibility for them.

Results driven - We care about the collective goals of the company with unrelenting focus on company

specific objectives and clearly defined company outcomes.

Integrity - We do the right thing all the time.

Teamwork - Whatever the strength of the individual, we will accomplish more together.

We put the team ahead of our personal success and commit to building its capacity. We trust each other to

deliver on our respective obligations.

Respect - We treat others with dignity, and respect their individual feelings and contributions.

We thoughtfully consider other's ideas and viewpoints, and recognize our differences. We thrive under

high standards, prospering when an individual grows and meets new challenges.
